Privacy Policy
Last updated May 28, 2026
This Privacy Notice for ZuriDialr ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- Visit our website at https://zuridialr.com or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice.
- Use the ZuriDialr Chrome browser extension. ZuriDialr adds hands-free power dialing to existing third-party white-label CRM platforms. Users select contacts from their CRM, and ZuriDialr automatically dials each number, advances after no-answer calls, and logs dispositions — without requiring manual clicks between calls. All call history and queue data is stored locally in the user's browser using chrome.storage.local and is not transmitted to external servers. Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by ExtensionPay, a third-party processor.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events.
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@zuridialr.com.

Personal information you disclose to us
In short: we collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. The personal information we collect may include: email addresses.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by ExtensionPay. You may find their privacy notice here: https://extensionpay.com/privacy.
Information automatically collected
In short: some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our website.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the website. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, and information about how and when you use our website. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our website and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Note that the ZuriDialr extension itself stores your call and queue data locally and does not transmit it to us.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?
In short: we only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.
If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on. These may include your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests (such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, and limited marketing) where they do not override your rights; and compliance with our legal obligations and to protect your or another's vital interests. If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express or implied consent, and in limited cases permitted by law without consent.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
In short: we may share information in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties.
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to do that work. We have contracts in place designed to safeguard your personal information; they cannot use it for anything other than the work we instruct, and they may not share it with others. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with include:
- Cloud computing and website hosting providers
- Payment processors (e.g., ExtensionPay)
- Communication and collaboration tools
- Analytics services
We may also share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
In short: we may use cookies and similar technologies on our website to keep it secure and to understand how it is used.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, assist with basic site functions, and gather aggregate analytics about how the site is used. We do not use these technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising or to sell your personal information. The ZuriDialr browser extension does not use tracking technologies to collect your call or contact data; that data stays in your browser. To the extent any website tracking is deemed a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in section 12.
6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
In short: we may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the United States. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and the third parties with whom we may share it, including in the United States and other countries. If you are a resident in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country; however, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law, including, where appropriate, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In short: we keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In short: we aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In short: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to the minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at hello@zuridialr.com.
10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In short: depending on where you live, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and, in certain circumstances, to object to processing. You can make such a request by contacting us using the details in section 14. If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Withdrawing your consent: if we are relying on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing: you can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because there is not yet a uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In short: if you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information.
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have rights including: the right to know whether we are processing your personal data; the right to access, correct, or delete it; the right to obtain a copy; the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling.
In the past twelve (12) months we have collected the category of Identifiers (such as email address and IP address) and Commercial information (such as transaction and payment information). We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@zuridialr.com. We will verify your identity before acting on your request. If we decline to act, you may appeal by emailing us; if your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
13. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
In short: yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
